Name Found: Baby names

About this app

Find a name that feels right without endless feeds, accounts, or distractions.

NameFound is a private, offline-first baby name finder built around a simple idea: a few thoughtful choices should lead to a small, useful set of names. Search a curated local catalog, explore focused categories, or create exactly five suggestions shaped by the feeling you want.

FIND NAMES YOUR WAY
Start with a small set of balanced recommendations, get a different batch with New picks, or switch to the full bundled catalog with Show all. Search by name, meaning, origin, mood, or popularity. Browse Popular, Rare, Modern, Classic, Nature, and Celestial categories, then use optional gender, style, and length filters when you want more focus.

CREATE FIVE THOUGHTFUL OPTIONS
Choose who the name is for, select the feelings you want, and optionally add a family name. NameFound weighs only the preferences you provide, avoids overly similar results, and returns five distinct possibilities. Saved and previously shown names gently tune future suggestions on your device. Use Surprise Me when you want a fresh direction.

UNDERSTAND EACH NAME
Open a name to review its meaning, origin, pronunciation, style, uniqueness, and preference fit. Hear pronunciation through your Android device's installed text-to-speech service.

SAVE, COMPARE, AND SHARE
Keep favorites in one quiet Saved list. Compare two or three names side by side, view your personal Name Universe, or create a polished image card to share through an app you choose.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
NameFound requires no account and no internet permission. Search, generation, preferences, and saved names stay on your device. There are no ads or analytics SDKs.
