Completely out of date interface and basically useless functionality. My company just switched from Trinet to Namely - what a horrible, God awful mistake that was. Time to put pressure on our management to get rid of Namely and go back to Trinet. Namely sucks. Mobile app doesn't even have dark mode??? Complete garbage. This app has virtually no useful functionality except for requesting time off. I have to do everything else on the site (which also sucks).

Would get a zero if that was possible. this is a terribly buggy and slow app. I have been using it for a year now and haven't seen any improvements. Anytime you interact with interface you have to wait for the app to respond.

This app is awful. I love how they say that it's an app that employees love to use. It's just a Facebook ripoff. Half the stuff doesn't work right. It's a nightmare to get logged in, that's if you can even get logged in. And when you do half the stuff doesn't work right. Can't even see my time sheets anymore because it no longer complies with Google’s embedded webview policy which is super helpful when my company has it set so we can only get logged in to it with Google. ~0 out of 5 stars~
