I can't use this app when I am at work. I used to be able to control the sounds and lights when I was at work. this was very beneficial when working because my now toddler would be so distraught that I wasn't home and cycling through the colors helped calm them down. now I just have to get the notifications they are crying for me and I can't do anything about it 😭 i can't afford to pay for a costly yearly subscription. the sound machine and camera was very costly!

Doesn't pair on Android (Pixel 10 Pro). Can only get set up on iOS. Even if you get it successfully set up, the audio stutters / lags / plays weird glitchy noises (it's got ONE job and it can't do it right). It has severe issues navigating 5ghz vs 2.4ghz bands - no excuse when many routers don't split bands. At the end of the day you're just playing a tiny audio file on the device, no data stream should be needed. Nobody QA'd this device on Android and it's a ripoff for being a "premium" device.

It keeps disconnecting from my phone and I try to reset, reconnect and do everything I could to fix the problem but it keeps giving me error or it will connect and next time I use it its disconnected AGAIN. It's really bothersome when I wake up in the middle of the night needing it and cant use it, cant use the audio without the app. Really wish I could return this device!
