Ratings and reviews

Doesn't pair on Android (Pixel 10 Pro). Can only get set up on iOS. Even if you get it successfully set up, the audio stutters / lags / plays weird glitchy noises (it's got ONE job and it can't do it right). It has severe issues navigating 5ghz vs 2.4ghz bands - no excuse when many routers don't split bands. At the end of the day you're just playing a tiny audio file on the device, no data stream should be needed. Nobody QA'd this device on Android and it's a ripoff for being a "premium" device.

It keeps disconnecting from my phone and I try to reset, reconnect and do everything I could to fix the problem but it keeps giving me error or it will connect and next time I use it its disconnected AGAIN. It's really bothersome when I wake up in the middle of the night needing it and cant use it, cant use the audio without the app. Really wish I could return this device!

The app won't pair with my device. I went through the troubleshooting guide, and nothing worked. The controls to use the device without the app are completely unintuitive. There are no buttons to switch between different types of noise, for example. I paid hundreds of dollars and gave away my email address and phone number for a device that is basically useless.
