About this app

NANLINK APP, a wireless lighting control application designed and developed by Guangdong Nanguang Photo&Video Systems Co.,Ltd, allows for controlling light fixtures via Bluetooth Network and 2.4G Wireless Protocol. Based on the design concept of scenario and group, NANLINK can assist gaffers and cinematographers with the creation of fascinating lighting effects through the full control of individual fixture and multiple fixtures synchronously, thus to achieve more production efficiency at the shooting scenes.
The following functions can be controlled depending on the specific fixtures in communication:

*HSI Mode
*XY Coordinates
*RGBW Mode
*GEL Mode
*EFFECT Mode
*PIXEL FX Mode

This new version of this app is awesome! Just spent a whole day on set bouncing back and forth between this and the Astera app and while the Astera app had every issue you could possibly think of, this worked flawlessly! The new lighting diagram feature with lighting control is awesome and I can't wait to see how it improves over time. Overall this is a MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT, great job y'all!

Hello Stoner, sorry to hear your bad experience with our App. Did you try to reset the Bluetooth of the lights? And which lights you connected to? Now we had the more latest version of App, pls download and try if it could work. For further problem, pls contact with us via support@nanlink.com.

Very necessary for owners Nanlite products, especially the first series of Pavotubes. I own around 25 lights from nanlite and couldn't live without it, although there are tons of improvements that could be made. Unfortunately when connecting/reconnecting the app to lights on set, they'll suddenly change CCT or intensity, making it tough to reconnect on the fly without having to reset all the changes from the app. Also can't group Pavotube II 6C lights for some reason. Please update.

Hi friend, sorry for causing you such problem. Due to different Bluetooth modules, most Pavotube II 6C cannot support group control. So it's suggested to use WS-TB-1 Box. Besides, it's normal if the light resets after first connection, but if this situation usually appears, could you pls mail to support@nanlink.com and tell us more? Tks in advance!

Won't connect to my brand new out of the box PavTube II 15X. My Android Galaxy S21+ Bluetooth sees the light, but the app does not. I've tried turning the light on and off, resetting the app and phone doesn't work either. As a professional photographer I was really looking forward to being able to control these lights with my phone. Bummer! Also, just tried to update the firmware to make this work. Evidently,these things are so finicky you have to buy a particular brand of flash drive to work.

Hi Kris Ouvry, sorry to bring you any inconvenience. Pls remember to reset the Bluetooth when you wanna connect your fixture with the App. Also make sure that the Address Code of the fixture is correct. If the problem still exists, could you pls mail to support@nanlink.com and send a video to us, we will try our best to help you solve the problem!
