FMS Technician assists technicians with core maintenance tasks and supervisors/inspectors with job inspections and various sorts of site inspections.

• Track asset information by searching in the search panel or scanning the barcode attached to an asset.
• Be assigned assignments for preventative, breakdown, and daily inspections.
• Option to scan the asset's barcode before beginning a task.
• Material selection, root cause, observation, recommendation, and corrective action conducted during breakdown maintenance are all options.
• Maintenance activity that is time-based.
• The ability to leave a task in standby mode with valid predefined remarks.
• Conduct site inspections.
• Photograph assets and damaged parts when doing activities.
• Complete chores offline and upload once connected to the internet.
• Request materials in relation to a task.
• Examine the SOP, health and safety regulations, and sub-assets.
• The ability to sign after completing a task. Obtain feedback and a signature from the person who filed the complaint.
• View the current status of the activity.
• Use the work inspection module to approve or reject a finished task.
