Love this monitor and app. We've been using it for 3 months now. Great connection, view, and sound from anywhere. The tracker is so helpful. I wish, however, that I could filter and sort it. Such as view only the weight data entries or only bottles, etc. Update: Changed from 5 stars to 3. We've now had the Aura for 6 months. Still wish I could filter and sort the tracker... I've seen so many more baby apps that have more details, features and give graphical analysis. Constant Connection Issues!

We preordered the aura and initially we had some issues with it detecting our child and updating us with notifications in real time. When it worked it worked well but conditions had to perfect. Unrtunately, the camera stopped functioning and customer service has not reached back out to us. Their customer service used to be available 24/7 and now it appears to be rare to receive a call back, let alone a response on their chat function. For the price we paid this has been beyond disappointing.

Microphone cuts in and out, but also randomly shares with the monitor in the baby's room. Numerous examples of it waking baby up because of this. The update also triggered a backlight to override phone brightness to full. Overall, not a very good app.
