Hello. I'm still using the trial, trying to see if I can replace my current application with a better one, however with this application some channels have no sound. Those same channels have sound normally if I run them on a different application. Could you explain why? Since at the moment not all channels have sound, I am giving it a 2 star rating.

I've been using this app for several months and since my first bought, the app had several improvements including the search (the best one). Of course, the app had also some bugs, some updates broke the app for some days, but so far, in my opinion it's one of the best app cost-benefit. I bought the Samsung and android versions (for my tvs) and I hope to continue using it. Good job Nanomid team. There is one bug in the samsung tv version, when I tried to remove one of my favorite channel.

The app itself I find really good, user friendly, good set up etc. However, I live in the UK (BST) and as it's an European app (CET) the TV listings on there are a hour ahead. I've contacted them on numerous occasions stating this problem but they always reply with it's not the app that's problem. I use my URL on different IPTV app and all fine, TV listings state the correct timeline. Such a shame, it's a really good product, less to be said about the customer service...

=) Dear customer, if your playlist is not compatible with our app and we do not have access to it for privacy reasons, therefore we do not provide assistance on the playlists, we have done nothing but tell you the truth, if you struggle to accept reality it does not come here to vent his personal anger!
