About this app

■ User environment
Only customers using the Naon Call service in Naonsoft Groupware version 7.0 can use it.

■ Application for use
- New customers need to inquire about introducing groupware on the Naonsoft website (http://www.naonsoft.com/)
- Existing customers log in to the Naonsoft operation management system NAMAS (http://namas.naonsoft.com/) and make inquiries
※ Existing customers incur a separate introduction cost.

■ Introduction of core functions
- Provides ID/PW authentication and fingerprint/pattern/number authentication functions
- Create a phone book by linking with groupware organization chart and address book module
- Displays photo, name, position, department, and company information when receiving/calling without saving on the mobile phone
- Display of absence information and personal memo in conjunction with attendance management during incoming/outgoing calls
- Saves call history, call contents, and whether additional calls are made after the call ends
- Call service support by reservation setting when additional calls are needed
- Supports making phone calls and sending SMS messages from address book/organization chart/messenger of PC groupware
- Spam number management function: Supports spam number registration/display/blocking function while receiving a call

■ List of access rights and reasons for need
-Storage permission: Save app default settings
-Phone Permissions: Make a phone call/Status/Read ID
-Address book authority: If the phone number is not registered in the groupware, search for contacts in the mobile phone address book
-Camera permission: Use the camera when using the profile picture attachment when registering the address book
- Call log: used in the caller ID function during a call
- Display on top of other apps: Used to output call information pop-up while receiving a call


NAONCALL collects and uses the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide services.

■ Purpose and items
1. User identification and management for service provision: mobile phone number, terminal model name, OS name, OS version information
2. Caller's phone number display: Phone number registered in the user's terminal address book
3. Call log access during service: call log

■ Retention and use period Personal setting and each company policy
