Doesn't connect, even when I have a strong internet connection. It's the latest update. It was working perfectly, now I can't connect at all. I've even Uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Now, I can't even remotely turn off the alarm when I have friends coming over or turn it on when I forget to do so when leaving in a hurry. Please fix this app.

terrible performance. only works on landscape, have to enter code everytime, beeps until alarm is armed and app cannot be reduced or run in the background until alarm sequence is complete. It hijacks your phone. If I hadnt just spent a bunch of money updating the transceiver I would go back to the old app. My suggestion: Don't upgrade until they get these issues fixed. I'll let you know.

Most Excellent! Hey, Stupid people... it's a SECURITY SYSTEM APP! It's not going to "Run in the background", yes you have to enter your code "every time", so some BOZO can't access your alarm if you misplace your phone. It works just like your keypad does...
