The Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program

A member’s Commitment to Excellence is a continual practice, and a lifelong commitment to superior professionalism and providing first-rate customer service. The C2EX program aims to sharpen, expand, and engage industry skills while helping REALTORS® to track their growth and progress. The app takes each REALTOR® through a learning and behavior-change process which culminates in a C2EX Endorsement to be renewed every three years. C2EX is intended to: 

- Improve the quality and consistency of the service of REALTORS® 

- Improve the reputation of REALTORS® in the public eye 

- Encourage engagement “beyond the sale” by showcasing the value of assisting other REALTORS® and becoming involved in advocacy 

- Continuously engage the REALTOR® in the process of self-improvement without disruption to the REALTOR®’S life 

Ratings and reviews

Completely Unusable. It wants you to watch a YouTube video to get started and it won't let you proceed without watching it in app, but the embedded video won't let you watch it without going to the YouTube app itself. In other words, you can't get past the 1st page.

Wow, bait and switch. Advertised by NAR as a free certification to fulfill your ethics training cycle. I got 25% through (many hours in) to get to a slide that said to go sign up for a one day, additional fee, diversity course - and it MUST be completed to get credit for the C2EX course. Lots of time wasted and I get to start all over on my ethics cycle hours.

I can't complete the course because one video link on procurement isn't available and I've tried to ask to have it fixed. don't waist your time until you see an updated date in January.
