NAREDCO (National Real Estate Development Council) serves as a unified platform for real estate developers, builders, and stakeholders to collaborate, exchange ideas, and work towards a sustainable and well-regulated real estate sector.

Originally founded as the Builders Welfare Association (BWA) in 2011, the organization has evolved to become a key representative of the real estate community in Andhra Pradesh.

NAREDCO CAPITAL ZONE Guntur branch has consistently demonstrated proactive involvement in the real estate and building construction sector. This branch has been instrumental in shaping and influencing the dynamics of the real estate industry in the Guntur region. Through its active participation and initiatives, NAREDCO Guntur has emerged as a key player, contributing to the development and growth of the local real estate and construction landscape in the region.

Our History

2011 – Formation of Builders Welfare Association (BWA) on 19 February 2011.

2011–2014 – Conducted property shows to promote the real estate market under the BWA banner in Shubham Kalyana Mandapam Guntur.

2015 – BWA collaborated with Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Development Association (APREDA).

2015–2017 – Property shows organized under APREDA in Chebrolu hanumaiah Company.

2015 property show was inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh CM Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu Garu.

2018 – APREDA merged into the national body NAREDCO (National Real Estate Development Council).

2018–2019 – Property shows conducted under the NAREDCO banner.

2022–2023 – Continued property shows for promoting real estate in Andhra Pradesh.

2025 – Property show was inaugurated by AP CM Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu garu.

• Donated to Guntur Government Hospital development.
• Donated to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for flood relief.
