We've had this robot for a year and a half now. It's historically had a lot of issues staying connected to the network; which is very annoying but fixable. Recently we've gotten a lot of unknown error codes and the robot stopping for no reason. The error codes aren't being listed as numbers. We go to the help section of the app and it's just a settings menu. We go to their website to leave feedback and get an ad for a newer robot. As far as we can tell there's no customer support.

The app is pretty bad. Just a short list from my one attempt: not all timezones available (some states don't do DST), poor localization, had a lot of trouble getting it to connect to wifi (the secret was to turn off mobile data and manually change networks at just the right times), and arbitrary error codes without much info. We shall see how it does tomorrow after the device finishes charging.

Human Person
Completely unreliable between the app and the mop. The app itself doesn't crash but you won't get through a single day without having to reboot the robot and its base station at least once, probably 2 or 3 times. No volume control slider, no communication of error messages other than a very loud speaker, poor use of English, unreadable manuals. Close the app after you launch the bot since the bot will be more reliable if the app is closed. And the app takes control of other apps sometimes.
