P.I.K.E.S (Precision Intelligence & Kinetic Efficiency System) is a professional
fleet logistics app built for drivers at Wordcroft Investments. It streamlines the
entire delivery workflow — from order assignment to proof of delivery — keeping
drivers connected with dispatchers and customers in real time.

MANAGE YOUR ORDERS
View assigned orders with full details including customer information, cargo type,
origin, destination, and loading order documents. Track your order status as it moves
through the lifecycle — from assignment to dispatch, trip start, delivery, and
completion.

PRE-TRIP & POST-TRIP CHECKLISTS
Complete mandatory vehicle safety inspections before every trip with a 12-item
pre-trip checklist covering tyres, brakes, lights, mirrors, and more. Submit a
6-point journey risk assessment and driver declaration. After delivery, complete the
post-trip checklist to report vehicle condition and any incidents.

LIVE TRIP TRACKING
Start, stop, and resume trips with simple controls. Your location is shared with
dispatchers and customers during active trips so they always know where the delivery
is. Background GPS tracking continues even when the app is minimised, with a visible
notification for transparency.

TURN-BY-TURN NAVIGATION
Navigate to your destination with integrated Google Maps. View your planned route,
approved trip stops, and estimated arrival times. The app monitors your route and
alerts dispatchers if you deviate from the planned path.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
Capture proof of delivery photos using your camera or upload existing files. Submit
delivery notes, loading dates, and offloading dates. If a manager requests a retake,
review their comments and replace only the specific photos that need attention.

STAY NOTIFIED
Receive instant push notifications for new order assignments, checklist approvals and
rejections, trip updates, and manager comments on your PODs. Never miss an important
update from dispatch.

WORKS OFFLINE
Continue working even without internet. Orders, checklists, and trip data are stored
locally. Mutations are queued and automatically synced when connectivity is restored.
A network indicator shows your current connection status and pending sync count.

Designed with large touch targets, high-contrast text, and a clean interface
optimised for use on the road. Supports light and dark mode. All critical actions use
haptic feedback for confirmation.
