My order was delivered in 12 hours, which is excellent. Just a pity their communication wasn't as efficient! The app still has my order as processing and I hadn't received an email in regards to delivery. As my order was COD it was very lucky that someone was at home! If communication had matched delivery speed, I would have rated Nasser Pharmacy a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The app is broken on my phone, it can't order prescriptions as it requires ID, the App doesn't Open the Camera or the gallery to upload it.

The shipping fee is so expensive. I ordered to some overseas shop and their shipping fee is only $2 and here $20 like what? The shipping fee is much more expensive that the product that i will buy
