If I could give negative stars I would. Legit worst part of my work day is dealing with this app. I can never just clock in. I have to open and close the app a MILLION times because it just doesn't load. Even if you hit the job and hit clock in and won't register it. And sometimes it'll even say that it registered the clock in but come to find out it really didn't. Can't put in supply request, nothing but frustration and wasted time. So beyond annoying

it says i'm "outside the geofence for (location)" when i'm standing dead center in the middle of it. sometimes you clock in/out, and it doesn't actually register on the server side. sometimes, it just doesn't let you clock in/out in the first place because of "overlapping punch times". this is not a functional piece of software in any sense of the word.

Awful freezes and geo not accurate. Only convenient thing is ordering but won't let u check an order you placed to make sure you didn't forget anything if I could give it negative Stars I would it used to show up forgot to clock in and forgot to clock out option and does for some employees but not others
