wonderful application and very easy to use. best thing about it, is the service they provide to clean the environment and the professionalism of all the team in handling the materials in a smooth way. moreover the gentleman who came to collect the materials is very polite and helpful . Very bad customer service.. and they were late in coming to take the items.. the application is not the easiest thing to use. There are other applications that provide the same service with clarity and better customer service.

I contacted Big Scrappers months ago to pick up recyclable materials (plastic, etc.), but they never showed up despite multiple follow-ups. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Complete waste of time—do not recommend it
