Ratings and reviews

The app suddenly logged me out and won't let me into my account without forcing me to pay ANOTHER annual fee. I paid my full fee in February and have 7-8 months left. I'm selecting the login to my account option and it's treating me like I'm a new account. There is no way to bypass the selections and payment screen. Overall been good at predicting ovulation but the algorithm is off. It started to show ~3 weeks of green days and changed to barely a week of green days with no explanation.

Latest app changes are frustrating & seem like they were made by someone who doesn't *use* the app OR menstruate. Temp logging is now in a completely different section from symptom tracking. Also when logging temps, you have to hit save after every individual entry which doubles time. The "log a period" button will log if for that day, so if you are a night owl logging it from earlier that day you make errors. This is not an improvement to UX (from a long time customer)

This app is money hungry and has horrible customer service. They count the 28 day free trial as a discount and won't allow the 20% military discount on top of that. They also don't advertise that discount clearly so you can choose the free trial or the military discount. Also if you choose to cancel before the free trial is finished, you immediately lose access instead of it lapsing at the end of the trial. That is a ridiculous and archaic model.
