Ratings and reviews

While the app is functional, it could use some improvements. I like to search and see if a product is available at my store. You should be able to do that quickly as opposed to having to click through layers to get to the "search for product". Also prices should be shown for your store without needing to log in. Annoyingly even though I'm logged in on the app, it insists I need to log in again and then start my search again. This is unnecessarily time consuming.

I'm not sure why there are so many 1-star reviews for this app. I found it incredibly easy to navigate. The digital coupons are basically on the front page you just present them to the cashier in store and they can clip them for you. The recipe page is also fantastic with an easy search function. I'm happy to support something that isn't a big-box grocery store and while some may find the app to be a bit "quirky," I found it relatively simple to find what I needed and user-friendly.

This app and the rewards are a joke. I frequent natural grocers because it's the only health food store in my town. Despite always putting my number in when I make purchases and have never received rewards. I do not want to have to go in and set up getting rewards, it should just come off at the register. And the app does not allow me to see if a local store has a particular item.
