This app is awesome! It's nice because we used to have the park map in one hand and phone in the other for taking pics. But now we can do both with just the phone! The maps update our location on the trail as we're hiking, so we know exactly where we are and where to go. There is an option to download maps offline so no service is not a worry. The new features are also really cool! Like the Texas map that shows all parks as color coded pins, or the collapsible trail info windows in the maps.

I've used this app for hiking at cedar ridge, cedar hill, and oak cliff nature preserve. It's really helpful to see where you are and which direction you're facing on the map. A must have for Texas hikers!
