There has been a mistake in my portal, my notification shows that my computer result is out, meanwhile it isn't showing at all in the results menu, and it's a general issue in 100lvl marketing dept. It will be very much appreciated if this issue is rectified.

I have honestly loved this app for the longest time, but not again. I couldn't pay my fees early enough this year for some reasons. I heard of the #5000 late registration fees, I panicked. Still couldn't pay. A day after the deadline, someone paid the school fees for me, then when I was about to register my courses, I saw that the charge (#5000) had been included. I felt really bad, but I still had hope of finding a way around it. Now GS too? You mean I have to pay another #5k to register GS?

So far the app has been sleek at least to an Extent when compared to the last one, but they should have used the school's theme colours (blue and orange) on the UI. Purple is so outrageous and unrelated to NAU's theme colours. I also appreciate the extra features; including the biometric sign-in option. That was a very thoughtful addition. Overall, my experience has been quite good. Although the occasional bugs and glitches do occur.
