i had a problem with my school app that made my previous results not to be updated again . I was able to get a support by clicking on the support button with an immediate response , I was directed on what to do and everything was corrected again kudos ,I am excited.

So far the app has been sleek at least to an Extent when compared to the last one, but they should have used the school's theme colours (blue and orange) on the UI. Purple is so outrageous and unrelated to NAU's theme colours. I also appreciate the extra features; including the biometric sign-in option. That was a very thoughtful addition. Overall, my experience has been quite good. Although the occasional bugs and glitches do occur.
