Owners of Navien products can scan their unit serial number and register their unit for warranty, search for local and federal rebates, find a local installer or service professional, download brochures and operation manuals and so much more.

if i could give it -1 star, i would. the app is absolutely terrible and does not work with an android device. we have talked to tech support several times and still unable to connect to our Navialink Lite..

This app will not let you upload photos! If you put a wiring harness underneath an open pipe, where condensate collects, do you really need a photo for warranty claims anyways? This app has been useful one time. This app has failed me several times. 2 stars it's a good idea. Poor execution.

resource center.. God forbid you try to open the parts list from this app to try and get parts numbers. this app is more temperamental than my 3yr old.
