I gave up on this app when I purchased my navien bed warmer a few years ago, but I just tried installing it again, as I keep forgetting to turn it off in the morning and wanted to set up automatic shutoff, the app seems working now.

I was able to find the device network house wifi set up page. However, after clicking the next button, device registation page didn't pop up and kept returning to the first page -connect products. The weird thing is the mobile app returned back to the the beginning but the machine announced that it's connected... I even tried to sign up first from Navien official website to see if I could login and then link it. NOPE. The website login information is different from the mobile one. Frustrated.

Turn on device Wifi but can't connect, can't even find a network router. App is useless.
