About this app

NavigoERP Merchandise is a mobile application for merchandise business of users of the NavigoERP system.

The application allows receiving and issuing goods, checking the condition and printing labels directly in the warehouse, from the phone or handheld terminal.

Basic features:

RECEIPTS
• List of receipts with search and filters (warehouse, supplier, fiscal year, period)
• Receipt creation: warehouse, supplier, invoice number, date, calculation, description
• Adding items by scanning barcodes or manually, modifying and deleting items
• Finalization of the document

SHIPMENTS
• List of dispatch notes with search and filters by client, warehouse and period
• Items with price, VAT and rebate
• Warning when there are not enough goods in stock

PRODUCTS
• Quick search by name, code or barcode
• Scanning of EAN and other barcodes with the camera (flash, front/rear camera, sound and vibration)
• Retail price, minimum quantity and condition in all warehouses
• Warning when the balance is below the minimum amount
• Prints product labels (name, code, MP price, barcode) - on the built-in printer of the NORYOX device or via PDF on any printer

WORK WITHOUT NETWORKS
• Products and codebooks are stored on the device, so scanning works even without the Internet
• Changes to items made offline are saved and automatically sent when the connection is restored
• Before logging out, the application warns about unsent data

LANGUAGES
Serbian (Latin and Cyrillic), English, German, Slovenian and Norwegian.
