waste of space, app not working 2 years now R9-e-33 and i already contacted you and you said Sure is fine, bit of lagging but works, re instal it, but it same rubbish as usual

The app works when all permissions are granted and Wi-Fi is connected - when your phone warns about "no internet connection", please tap "Connect anyway" so the app can reach your DVR. With this new update, why am I using the app if I can't delete videos from it, as it was before? That's a major flaw and just lost all practicality. Scoring 1 for now because of that. Sorry.

Hello! You can delete videos from your Trips and Parking, and format your SD card directly in the app, but Events' recordings are locked since they represent car accidents or other unusual behavior. For this reason, these recordings are locked for deletion in the app. But you can still easily delete them directly from your DVR or from a computer.

My first experience it was a very good one, at my first pairing with my mobile (Samsung S8+), but since when I'm trying to connect the camera again, for the second time, I didn't managed to do it at all. No camera detected and the wifi is on and also I've reseted it to the factory and no success, the same results!
