Scape helps ride-hailing drivers analyze ride offers before deciding whether to accept them.
When an offer appears in a compatible ride-hailing app, Scape identifies the visible ride information and calculates indicators that help the driver evaluate the offer.
KEY FEATURES
• Calculation of cost per kilometer.
• Calculation of estimated hourly earnings.
• Analysis of distance to the passenger.
• Analysis of total ride distance.
• Analysis of estimated ride time.
• Setting a minimum fare per ride.
• Distance limit to the passenger.
• Filters by city and metropolitan area.
• Filters by neighborhood and destination.
• Identification of offers with multiple stops.
• Visual results according to the criteria configured by the driver.
HOW IT WORKS
1. The driver configures their analysis criteria in Scape.
2. The app identifies the data displayed in the ride offer.
3. Scape calculates the indicators and applies the configured filters.
4. A visual summary is displayed to help the driver make a decision.
Scape does not automatically accept or reject rides. The decision and final action always belong to the driver.
ACCESSIBILITY AND PRIVACY
To analyze offers in compatible apps, Scape uses the AccessibilityService API.
This permission is used to identify visible information necessary for the analysis, such as the fare, distance, time, and destination.
The data obtained through Accessibility is temporarily processed in memory to generate the analysis and then discarded. Scape does not use Accessibility to collect passwords, perform actions automatically, or control the device.
In certain analyses, Scape may also request permission from the user to take a screenshot, used to recognize the information shown in the offer.
Scape is an independent tool and has no connection, sponsorship, or affiliation with ride-hailing companies.
