PayrollPrep helps HR and accounting teams manage payroll, allowances, and overtime from their mobile devices.

• Track departments, employees, and payroll details according to account permissions.

• Record attendance, absences, and overtime, and review deductions.

• Calculate salaries and allowances, including food allowances, according to company settings.

• Prepare payroll reports and submit them for review, approval, or return them for modification to HR.

• Share Excel and PDF reports.

• Supports Arabic and English, and has a payroll cycle from the 21st to the 20th of the following month.

• A demo account is available to familiarize users with the application without access to real employee data.

Accessible use requires an internet connection and an account provided by the platform administrator. Data is synchronized with the PayrollPrep web platform. The application does not offer banking or money transfer services.
