Ratings and reviews

With the old app, I used to do transactions in minutes. This new version has crashed several times. It won't let me login. It jammed more than 8 times in the past two days when I was attempting a credit card payment. Not sure behind the logic of creating a new app but it is certainly not working. I am also unable to do anything through the website. It should have been tested more extensively before disabling the old one and releasing this.

Created an account and couldn't login for 2 weeks from an error on their end. Then I deposit money and they charge me a fee because I didn't have 20 bhd deposit for the whole month at least. It's really absurd and predatory, given it's a fault in their app. So much for being a "digital" bank

Horrible app even u add new biometrics on device will block app. And to open it have to call helpline, there are many bank apps which are way better then this.
