Ratings and reviews

With the old app, I used to do transactions in minutes. This new version has crashed several times. It won't let me login. It jammed more than 8 times in the past two days when I was attempting a credit card payment. Not sure behind the logic of creating a new app but it is certainly not working. I am also unable to do anything through the website. It should have been tested more extensively before disabling the old one and releasing this.

The app payment gateway is completely broken. Twice I used the in-app deposit feature to top up my balance. Both times, the app successfully debited the money from my source account but failed to credit my bank balance. The same exact issue just happened to my wife’s account, too. The app is failing to process and reconcile transactions correctly, causing money to disappear into the system. Avoid using the top-up feature completely until developers fix this severe backend financial bug.
