Ratings and reviews

With the old app, I used to do transactions in minutes. This new version has crashed several times. It won't let me login. It jammed more than 8 times in the past two days when I was attempting a credit card payment. Not sure behind the logic of creating a new app but it is certainly not working. I am also unable to do anything through the website. It should have been tested more extensively before disabling the old one and releasing this.

march 2026 update, the new design is inconvenient, its also soooo slow and keep crashing, i keep getting logged out, and I'd need 3mins just to get to see my account. i don't understand why does it need to look like benefit pay when the previous design was clean and more convenient and easier to navigate. this is absolutely disappointing

The only good things about this app were speed and simplicity, now it has neither.
