To use the NBC - Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a NBC Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

went to NBC to cash my check and they didnt give me my money and told me to come back TOMORROW due to a "transaction issue" and ended up putting my check on hold for a few hours instead of just even just telling me it would take a while for it to go through... ALL I WANTED WAS MY MONEY MAN IF YALL WAS GONNA CLOSE ID UNDERSTAND BUT IT WAS 2

The app stopped working. I get a repeated message saying it can't obtain a secure connection and asking me to make sure I have installed the most current version. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times today, and still get the same message.

The app sometimes crashes and doesn't update correctly but it works for the most part.
