Used the instant transaction to India and even after 2 days, cash not credited yet. Registered complaint and said it will take 10 days to sort it out. Had same experience before but the cash was urgent back home and tried once again. To be frank all other options in the app are good but you need to work on this international transaction. Even it says instant, it will take about 4 to 5 hours to get credited from the NBO app and sometimes like my last experience too!

one of the worst if not the worst banking app. When i want to send money through mobile transfer it rejects and then when I want to top up mobile it refuses and to make matters worse they ask me to rate the app. When I put one star it doesn't submit it freezes but when I put 5 stars immediately it submits

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the NBO mobile banking application. Each time I open the app, it asks me to register again, and I am also facing difficulties when trying to transfer money. I have already visited the branch, where I was advised to contact customer care. After calling them, I was then asked to send an email. It has now been nearly one month, and my issue is still not resolved.
