The worst mobile banking app ever used. Every time I login and do a transaction, it fails and a pop up emerges as system failure and redo the transaction. Infact for a successful transaction made,one has to retry several times (more than 20 times). Waste of time, worst app and worst customer support team.

there is no option to send the receipt of transferred money if missed to send receipt and return back to the main menu.. only option when you complete the transaction, and that's receipt is also transferred half page... when trying to check the last online transactions. message pop-up " you dont hava any one online transfers." also, the shared receipt is not complet, and there no option of pdf

You can find the receipt on the app by following the next steps.
* Click Fund transfer
* Then click Transfer History
* Next to every transfer is a plus sign, click it and click on Share Receipt

I am experiencing ongoing issues with the NBO mobile banking application. Each time I open the app, it asks me to register again, and I am also facing difficulties when trying to transfer money. I have already visited the branch, where I was advised to contact customer care. After calling them, I was then asked to send an email. It has now been nearly one month, and my issue is still not resolved.
