irritating experience while using this app. not optimized for using in every smartphone brand. Recently it said invalid authentication credentials in Moto edge 60 Fusion. Every time I have reset the pass code to log in.

worst item! I tried to start an account in the app. It couldn't work yet. went to bank. they're saying you install the app. There is no account opening!

they have misleading information about cash back offer of a campaign buying tickets with Oman Air using NBO's bank different cards from Nov 1 till December end 2025. But it is not working as I bought my ticket and NO cash back...
