About this app

Nbot Monitor is an application for real estate professionals using the Nbot.pl platform. When a client calls, you can see who it is on the screen before you answer: the type of bidder, their offers, last note, and collaboration history. No need to open the app or search your CRM. CALL OVERLAY
• Works with incoming and outgoing calls, even when the app is closed
• Displays the caller's offers, notes, planned activities, prospecting, sales opportunities, and acquisitions
• Add a note or activity during a call, even by voice dictation
• Quick SMS from custom templates when you can't answer or after a call

CALL LOG
• Every call is automatically saved to your Nbot account
• Search your entire history: missed, incoming, outgoing, and unsaved
• Save numbers outside of your CRM as a contact with a single click

FOLLOWING CONTACTS
• Enable following a number and receive an email or text message notification when a new offer is added
• Watchlist with a limit depending on your plan

CALLING TAB
• Desk mode: the number displayed in Nbot on your computer appears immediately on your phone, ready to dial with a single click

CHECK ANY NUMBER
• Built-in numeric keypad: enter a number or select a contact and view their offers and history in Nbot

• Voice dictation of notes and SMS messages in Polish
• Editing and deleting notes, activities, and contacts directly from your phone

REQUIREMENTS
The app requires an Nbot.pl account with an active PRO or PRO+ plan. Log in using the same credentials as on app.nbot.pl.

PERMITS
Access to your phone and call log is solely for caller identification and recording conversations in your Nbot account. The app does not block, modify, or forward calls. The microphone is only used when dictating notes.
