Start your domestic stock conditional search with chart patterns.
ChartCatch is a stock screener that searches for KOSPI and KOSDAQ stocks through chart pattern search and auxiliary indicator analysis. Before opening stocks one by one, narrow down the candidates that meet your criteria and verify them directly on the chart.
It uses data based on the previous day's closing price. It does not provide real-time quotes or order functions.
■ Finding Stocks with Chart Patterns
You can search for various chart patterns such as double bottoms, triangular convergence, bullish flags, and cup and handles. Examine the upward and downward directions separately, and distinguish between completed patterns and those still forming. Patterns in formation are not confirmed signals and may be abandoned later.
■ Conditional Search by Adding Auxiliary Indicators
Narrow down your stocks by combining chart patterns with conditions such as candlestick patterns, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, and divergence.
**Conditional Search with Domestic Stocks: Start with Chart Patterns** - RSI Overbought/Oversold and Divergence
- MACD Golden Cross, Dead Cross, and Zero Line Breakout
- Signals Related to Bollinger Bands Upper and Lower
- Deviation Based on 20-Day and 60-Day Moving Averages
For example, you can select both a Double Bottom pattern and Bullish Divergence to find stocks that meet both criteria. Results vary depending on the selected conditions and the timing of occurrence, and there may be no matching stocks.
■ Narrowing Search Results to Your Criteria
Adjust your search range by KOSPI/KOSDAQ market, market capitalization, and the time of signal occurrence. You can sort by market capitalization or percentage change to start by examining stocks of interest.
■ Viewing Searched Patterns on Charts
Open the stock charts in the search results to check the patterns and signals. Use landscape view to examine the chart broadly, and refer to the signal descriptions and diagrams to understand how they were detected.
■ Viewing Market Trends and Sectors Together
Check market indices and sector trends alongside the stock charts. Exploring the sectors to which your stocks of interest belong provides context for examining individual stocks. ■ Organize Watchlists into Groups
Create your own groups, such as Holdings, Semiconductor, or Bio, to collect your watchlist stocks. Watchlists are saved to your device. It supports light and dark themes, as well as screens tailored to your system settings.
This is useful for:
- Those who want to find potential domestic stocks based on chart patterns
- Those who want to apply multiple conditions together, such as RSI and MACD
- Those who want to compare detected patterns with actual charts
- Those who want to organize their watchlist by industry or purpose
