Ratings and reviews

Whenever an order is placed, half of the items gets canceled stating item shortage, that too after 12 hours of placing the order. If the product is unavailable then why do you even list that on the app as available one. Such a pathetic service!!! And if you really want some worst quality product to be delivered at your place which you can't even return as well, you should order from ninjacart.

They don't value customers and their rights. Customers can't cancel the order except 4 to 5 pm. However, Ninjacart may cancel any item or change the price of any item any time. The customer should pay and receive the order without any option. Also, the customer should not complain the quality and quantity of vegetables inside the crates. They must buy it, otherwise loose the deposit amount which will be multiplied on successive cancellation. Modern looters isn't it?
