worst worst worst......... 1.customer service does not respond, 2.not the correct time delivery, 3.the return process is very bad, 3.most of the vegetables are damaged, 4.weight is not correct.I ordered 22kg but only 19kg delivered I give 0 stars but it is not an option, worst to use this app. “Go to the market and buy the fresh vegetables“( physically).

Whenever an order is placed, half of the items gets canceled stating item shortage, that too after 12 hours of placing the order. If the product is unavailable then why do you even list that on the app as available one. Such a pathetic service!!! And if you really want some worst quality product to be delivered at your place which you can't even return as well, you should order from ninjacart.

I was Requested to tha all Never book in this worst app I was facing lots of issues Ther never Delivered on time and call to the Dc offcer Road behaviour please followup the Marketing team and Nijacarat sale's team
