Very bad experience.. had ordered a list of veggies and it was also confirmed and was expecting it. When time near by the list of items ordered fades away without any information.. they themselves remove the items from the cart. And just give what's there with them.. totally it collapses our plan.. at the last moment we have to try to get the left out items from some where else. Quality wise is not expecte It makes me feel never trust these platform.. better physically visit the local market..

Their service is very localized. I have downloaded the app in May 2019 and tried to register. I faced issue with Registration process. The issue was, unable to upload my Shop pictures. I was been redirected to customer care and after breaking my head several times, able to make them understand the issue. After that i was been provided with Pune City Heads contact info. I reached him as well but the issue perssists. Few days back I tried to reach but pathetic Customer Service.

1. Application is working good but i think there should be Setting option in that where we can refresh the cart, reset the customized options for self shopping. 2. Also there should be option of Pick up / Delivery at last when we confirm the order. so it will be easy for end customer to get the invoice of order. 3. Also i don't see live tracking of Order so its must option for online shopping. Now i have downloaded updated version but it say Unparseable date error.its not opening.
