About this app

Novacrust helps you send, receive and convert money across currencies from one app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Hold money in multiple currencies:Open wallets for the currencies you use and see your balances in one place. Add money using the account details or deposit address shown in the app.

- Send money abroad: Pay recipients' bank accounts and supported payout methods in the countries we cover. Save recipients you pay often. Before you confirm a transfer, the app shows the amount your recipient gets, the rate and the fee.

- Receive money: Get your account details for supported currencies and share them to be paid. Some account types need identity verification before they can be used.

- Convert between currencies: Swap between your wallets at the rate shown when you confirm. Rates and fees can change, so check the quote before you continue.

- Hold supported stablecoins: Get a deposit address for supported stablecoins and see them alongside your other balances. Network availability can change.

- Track everything: See your transaction history, view the status of each transfer and download receipts for completed transactions. Notifications tell you when a deposit arrives or a transfer is completed, refunded or needs attention.

SECURITY
- Protect your account with a password and a 6-digit PIN.
- Unlock the app with Face ID or fingerprint if your device supports it.
- Confirm transfers with your PIN.
- Identity verification is required for some features and higher limits, as financial regulations require.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Available countries, currencies, payout methods, limits, fees and delivery times vary and are shown in the app before you confirm.
- Some services, such as payouts, bank account details and identity checks, are provided through our partners, and partner terms and checks can apply.
- Transfers can be delayed, held for review or returned in line with partner and regulatory checks.
- You must be at least 16 to verify your identity, and you must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your country.
