Turns notifications back on repeatedly. Despite turning them off all notifications, the app repeatedly decides to just turn them right back on again. Why even have a switch if it doesn't stay set the way I want it? I like tracking the games, but I can't have notifications going off at work.
No notifications What part of "no notifications" does this app not understand? Apparently the whole thing.
Really? Towards the end of the Kentucky -Wisconsin game it stops the feed and demands my cable provider. If I had a cable provider would I be streaming? I don't get it. I have to watch the same commercials as anyone watching the broadcast, so why the scam? This is dishonest and sleazy. Uninstalled.
Awful quality... Don't waste your time Don't bother. Not only is the video stream so bad that you can't even read the scores or stats, part way through the 2nd half of the game, your "live pass" expires and you can't watch the rest of the game! To the corporate sponsors AT&T, Infiniti, and Capital One, I now associate you with substandard quaility and less than acceptable service. To TBS, you completely failed at what could, no SHOULD, have been a wonderful and useful app. Shame on all involved on an awful app.
Finished strong just like the tournament The app improved with updates during the tournament...initially it was crashing a lot and video was blurry on all formats (4G LTE, 3G, WiFi). That improved with each update I used miracast on LG Volt to stream to my TV's over WiFi and that worked great. Having the same commercials repeat over was annoying, but I cut cable over a year ago and this was a great way to watch the almost all the games and be kept updated on the others. The app started out as a 3.5 and finished a 5. Look forward to next year.
To good to be true It's definitely a good idea. But it's only 3 hour free video trial until you have to sign in with a tv provider. You will waste that 3 hours watching 90% advertisements and when the video feed comes back you realize you've missed part of the actual game. Like I said it's too good to be true. You'll Uninstall after one game and use ESPN game casts.
