It is the worst app I used so far. After I had updated the UI, I cannot login and it keeps on loading. I had contacted the bank and they said they had nothing to do! I can’t make any transactions at all! The worst app and the worst bank!

One of the worst banking apps there is. Doesn't support fingerprint login, the interface is ridiculous and hard to navigate - bouncing you back to the home screen when you press the back button instead of going to the previous page. Looks like a poorly designed webpage copied to an app instead of natively developed. This app is a good example of what NOT to do when developing an app.

After ONEUI update on my Samsung phone. App keep popping up a message and a blank screen, nonstop!! Unusable now, please fix it.

After upgrading ONE UI 6.0 on Samsung Z Filp 5, Galaxy S21, and A33 phones, the personal mobile banking homepage would display "Loading", improving user experience
