About this app
Our App helps Employers, Administrators and Managers manage and track the attendance, working hours, leaves and absence of their employees and team members.
This application is intended for use by employees of a registered organization on our system. If you are an admin of your organization, click on "Register" and create your account at https://geofenceattendance.com/home.
Employees can only mark their attendance when they are within their respective regions as defined by the Employer in our Admin panel. The geo-location of employees is enforced through GPS and other location finding techniques to ensure that the employee is within the defined geofenced location before they can mark their attendance.
App Features:
- Intelligent system to counter fake and false location submissions.
- Employees can only check-in and check-out when they are within the defined geo-fenced area.
- User can Check-in and Check-out in multiple available locations.
- Employees can view their personal attendance and work hours details on web app.
- Employees can apply for leave on web app.
Admin Web-panel Features:
- A web-based admin Panel for Employers.
- Employers can monitor Check-in and Check-out time of employees.
- Employers can customize geo-fence locations of their offices.
- Employers can track and record employee working hours, leaves and absence.
- Employers can accept or reject leave applications.
- Employers have privileges to mark attendance of an employee if due to some reason employees cannot mark their attendance.
- Employer can set specific IP address for check-ins and check-outs.
