It works in that it will stream TV, but it is not very user friendly for older people. It used to come on to the last watched channel, but now it comes on to a home screen or guide and just sits there. My elderly mom who is only familiar with going up or down with her remote often cannot figure out how to get the TV playing anymore. Does anyone ever user test major changes like this?

You can only watch or use it at the house, and even then, it tells you you have to be home to watch. When I'm literally in the house. So why have an application that does not work even at home.
