Step-by-Step Membership Application
Apply for NCEL membership through a simple seven-step process:

Pre-Requisites: Upload required documents such as Society Registration Certificate, PAN, Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook. Optional documents like GST Certificate and Payment Proof can also be uploaded.

Basic Details: Provide the name of the society or organisation, membership class, contact person details, mobile number and email ID.

Address Details: Enter the complete address including village/post office, block/tehsil, state, district, and pincode.

GST and PAN Details: Fill in the society's GST and PAN numbers and upload the respective certificates.

Bank Details: Provide bank account details and upload the cancelled cheque.

Registration Details: Enter registration number, date, and upload registration certificate and society resolution.

Payment Details: Choose payment mode (online or offline), select number of installments if offline, add payment date, amount, reference number and upload payment proof.

Update Membership Application
Members can log in and update submitted application details through the "Update Application" section. Editable fields include:

Society or organisation name

Address

PAN details

Bank details

Registration details
Update requests are sent to the Admin for review and are updated in the system upon approval.

Download Certificates
Members can view and download certificates linked to their applications.

If an application is granted, the share certificate will be available for download.

If an application is on hold, a hold declaration document will be available for download.
Only documents uploaded by the Admin for applications linked to the logged-in mobile number will be shown.
