This app is horrible. Tried to change my payment method and all it does is delete my old payment type and won't allow me to add another. It's a pain to log in especially since it won't remember your login info. Also says it's changing things on my account while logging in the first time and won't give me an option to not change them. Why even offer an app if it's not useful?

App will not let me sign in. I put in the username and password and click on log in, and it does nothing. let's me put the info in again, and does the same thing. we have to pay now to pay our bill online, the least we can ask is that it actually works.

Their app is constantly changing and they can't make up their mind on a payment system. I can't even log in and pay after the last update.
