Very useless waste of e-commerce app. I booked an order, paid in full to ikorodu, rider picked up and was insisting the customer meets him at a different location other than the original address of delivery, customer refused especially in this period of insecurity, rider returned the parcel, I called for a refund as the delivery didn't work out, they said I will only get a 40% refund. Very horrible customer service. Begs to question Why did the rider pick up in the first place?

Very terrible dispatch service and rude customer support. Made a request since early morning, called rider severally to inform him of the hours of operation at pickup location so he can plan his journey, he refused to pick and went later in the evening when the sender had left the location. Complained to customer care and was told "they don't have any specific time to pickup as long as its same day delivery". Postponed to the following day and still did not pick up my item nor refund. Worst ever

i have never seen a useless e-commerce dispatch like EasyDispatch, if I should advise a play store developer, they should ban this app in the play store, can you image me, booked a ride since in the morning until I didn't see dispatch almost 5 hrs ago, I decide to cancel the ride, refund they refuse
