The reward point system is counterintuitive. When I pay my bill, they never ask for my rewards account. I always have to request that they add the points for my purchase. I had 140 points in my account before during my recent dine-in, and I asked the server to apply the purchase to my rewards account. However, when I checked my account the next day, I noticed 96 points total less than I had before my last visit. There is also no history available to track the points.

I believe this same issue has been going on for about a month. When I try to use the app to order, no matter what pick up time slot I pick, the checkout page does not load. Instead, it shows me this message: "The items in your order cannot be ordered at this time." It's been very frustrating. I also check the app to see if I missed any updates, but it is always on the latest update. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra if that helps with anything.

Same issue as many others have described. For the past few months, any order with any combination of items attempted on the app has resulted in an error that states, "The items in your order cannot be ordered at this time". Functionally makes the app unusable. All it can do at the moment is scan the barcode after the fact.
