The new version of this app is a downgrade, and all of my order history and favorites have vanished, too. It will not allow you to have multiple portions of the same ingredient, which I could do before. It keeps me from ordering the salad as I like it. Not having my favorites and order history makes for a longer ordering process. Along with the ingredients problem previously mentioned, I've yet to use the app successfully since the 'upgrade' (downgrade). It was good before, now it's just bad. 👎

The Crisp and Green app was updated recently and takes about 20-30 seconds to load each screen. When customizing a bowl, the app will time out before you can place your order. Order history now only reflects the menu item ordered, and no longer includes customizations. Favorites were lost. The updated app is awful.

I is the app to place delivery orders and track my points at the POS when I order in store. Takes forever to open the barcode when standing in line. It's faster to scan my card and leave. When I order delivery I'm never quite sure I'm going to receive my order. No confirmation. Also does not allow me to enter a tip for the delivery driver. Developer red flags everywhere. They should test their apps before releasing them. Same issues for many months. Maybe they are not getting the message!
