The app and the restaurant / food couldn't be more polar opposite. Both the mobile app and the web applications are horrible. The ordering process is beyond frustrating because of the way the app is designed. The latest version continuously stalls on Android as it's waiting for data to load. It's almost impossible to order multiple things and reach the checkout successfully. The app won't let you add extra of things. The web ordering isn't any better. Just drive there and skip the app.

This app has 3 consistent problems: 1. Doesn't track total visit history towards the Reward. I have 5+ visits and it shows 1. Yet the transaction history screen shows the correct number. 2. Doesn't submit mobile orders to store. Twice I've ordered ahead only to arrive and nothing was ever transmitted to the store. 3. As of last week, my barcode no longer scans for points. Won't be eating here again until app is fixed.

I is the app to place delivery orders and track my points at the POS when I order in store. Takes forever to open the barcode when standing in line. It's faster to scan my card and leave. When I order delivery I'm never quite sure I'm going to receive my order. No confirmation. Also does not allow me to enter a tip for the delivery driver. Developer red flags everywhere. They should test their apps before releasing them. Same issues for many months. Maybe they are not getting the message!
