As a frequent guest this app is great for keeping my loyalty "card" up to date. I can see my own balance without having to request a staff member look it up. On the wait and see front: I have not seen where to see how many lunches I have till a free one though and the ,Pay Check Now, feature is not yet live (1/17/20) once that is up it will be even more useful and convenient. For those who do take out the ability to have an app based solution is fantastic. Ordering is fairly easy with decent navigation between the various menus (lunch, dinner,specials etc...)

App is well laid out and easy to use, but loyalty has a problem 90% of the time, so my orders don't get credited and offers aren't available. Also, 60% of the time my favorite stores are experiencing issues and I'm unable to order thru app.

Trash app. Facebook login either fails because it needs an email address linked to it (I did) or gets stuck in some kind of data loop so you just get two swirling circles but the screen never changes. Can't login using email because it tells me to login using Facebook since I've somehow combined one account into, uh, one account, all because I tried to link my social media with my account on file. Good thing you can still call in and have them add your points otherwise I would never go again.
