Ratings and reviews

The mobile & PC account don't connect. I can't see my games or characters on the mobile app. Throne & Liberty isn't even on the list in the mobile app.

I haven’t been able to receive an SMS code for 8 days here in Armenia. Support either tells me to “try again tomorrow”, can't tell anything specific or just stays silent. I’ve already missed the entire event week and now I’m at risk of missing the latest event as well. Great customer support, I wish I hadn’t played L2M for the past 4 years.
