Useless, inconvenient. I lost my phone and along with it is my old phone number and my email address. No access to it anymore. I have updated my number in the branch but it still hasn't changed in the app. I have reached out through email, still to no avail. The staff just told me that it will take a long time but to how long, they don't know. Ha! Funny! They can't even solve the problem. I have money in the app and I can't use it because it needs OTP and it still sends to that lost number. Tsk!

So disappointed in your app. I thought using your express app could make my transaction easier when it comes to settling my payment, but guess what I can register? I have done it 3 times, and it keeps saying: "Sorry, no response from the server blah blah blah." I downloaded the app because it was referred to a friend of mine. I emailed you 3 times! And nooooo response from your team!!!! Maypa wala mo naghimo kung palpak raman diay!

I already did all the things that you guys said but to no avail it's still like that. The worst part is that I cannot renew my ring and I installed this thinking I'll renew it through here but no it got expired!!. I've been trying for the past couple of weeks to renew or at least cash out the money!! It doesn't work this app is always on session time out!! And when I click the "contact us" it only restart!! I still recommend to never use this app!! The email address that you give cannot be found
