Useless, inconvenient. I lost my phone and along with it is my old phone number and my email address. No access to it anymore. I have updated my number in the branch but it still hasn't changed in the app. I have reached out through email, still to no avail. The staff just told me that it will take a long time but to how long, they don't know. Ha! Funny! They can't even solve the problem. I have money in the app and I can't use it because it needs OTP and it still sends to that lost number. Tsk!

I already did all the things that you guys said but to no avail it's still like that. The worst part is that I cannot renew my ring and I installed this thinking I'll renew it through here but no it got expired!!. I've been trying for the past couple of weeks to renew or at least cash out the money!! It doesn't work this app is always on session time out!! And when I click the "contact us" it only restart!! I still recommend to never use this app!! The email address that you give cannot be found

Convenience is the only reason why I use this app. Always lagging, it will always have a prompt: 1 that you have a network problem even when you don't 2. that you have a pending transaction or duplicate transaction even if you don't 3. always down ... I hope you can fix this app.
