Most likely, you've tried everything to fix your Cebuana app issue, but in the end, it still isn't working. It's frustrating to see the constant "bag is full" or "invalid" messages, even when you're sure all the details you've entered are correct. It feels like the app is just toying with you, right? Instead of making your transaction easier, it just makes things more complicated and stressful. It's truly annoying when something that's supposed to help you just ends up giving you a headache.

So disappointed in your app. I thought using your express app could make my transaction easier when it comes to settling my payment, but guess what I can register? I have done it 3 times, and it keeps saying: "Sorry, no response from the server blah blah blah." I downloaded the app because it was referred to a friend of mine. I emailed you 3 times! And nooooo response from your team!!!! Maypa wala mo naghimo kung palpak raman diay!

Useless, inconvenient. I lost my phone and along with it is my old phone number and my email address. No access to it anymore. I have updated my number in the branch but it still hasn't changed in the app. I have reached out through email, still to no avail. The staff just told me that it will take a long time but to how long, they don't know. Ha! Funny! They can't even solve the problem. I have money in the app and I can't use it because it needs OTP and it still sends to that lost number. Tsk!
