You can now carry out your daily banking transactions conveniently and securely with a brand new digital offering from NDB Bank. NDB Bank provides you a user-friendly mobile app to perform your banking transactions while on the move, from anywhere, anytime! Simply download the mobile application and use your credit card, debit card or account details for a hassle-free registration. You can also visit one of our NDB branches, where a bank officer will help you register.

Using the NDB Mobile Banking app, you can view your account, card, loan, and fixed deposit balances, transfer funds, pay your bills, recharge mobile connections and pay credit card bills. In addition we provide a number of unique functions such as Pay to Mobile, card switch on/off, card activation/deactivation, and information on special offers and promotional deals.

The new NDB Mobile Banking app is an upgrade to the older version of the Mobile Banking platform and offers you several new features:

- On-boarding using account details
- Biometrics for login – Use your fingerprint or face ID to login to the app
- Real time fund transfers to other banks through CEFTS
- In-app notifications on transaction alerts
- OTP through email as well as through SMS for better convenience

Additionally, the new Mobile Banking app delivers a revamped look-and-feel for a seamless customer journey.

Ratings and reviews

I've used better banking apps than this. But overall, a good app to perform your day to day transactions. Developers, if you are actively monitoring the reviews, there's an issue that needs immediate attention. I'm unable to log in to my new device as it keeps saying "OTP Sending Failed" after I entered the correct credentials. I do receive the OTP via email but the app doesn't go beyond the login page. Also, the app crashes after I performed credit card settlement.

I've been using this app for few years now and it's a great app does mostly what I wanted to do. There is a small issue I noticed that if you can fix, in notification > offers, offers order shows as older on top and latest in below, it's better if you can do it other way around. Then easy to see the latest when ever we go to the notification bar without scrolling all the way down. Thank you.

Compared to other banking apps NEOS doesn't support downloading any account detail. No use of just viewing past transaction if it doesn't support downloading. Pls consider this as an urgent thing to add on.
