National Digital Property Addressing System (NDPAS) is Liberia’s official digital addressing platform developed by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications to modernize property identification and location services across the country.

The app enables citizens, businesses, organizations, and institutions to access accurate digital property addresses for homes, offices, shops, schools, and other locations throughout Liberia.

NDPAS is designed to improve service delivery, simplify navigation, support emergency response, and strengthen business operations by providing a reliable and standardized digital addressing system.

Through this platform, small businesses, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and other organizations can obtain and use official digital property addresses for their operations. Commercial users may also apply for a free license valid for two years, issued by the Ministry, to integrate NDPAS into their services and business workflows.
