An application developed to speed up the process of information delivered to the lift contractor when lift sending faulty signal. This system designed to reduce the consumption time to deliver lift faulty information to the lift contractor as well as to expedite the response time, rescue time and maintenance efficiency
1. Monitor the operating status of the lifts an immediately push the notification to the relevant parties, and initiate site support when lift down detected.
2. The system is integrated with CCTV installed in the lift car to prevent vandalism activities.
